jennevive is a certified breathwork instructor living in the pacific northwest. her background in music, dance + entertainment is woven into her creations; combining rhythmic, energetic and fun experiences with compassionate, thoughtful guidance.
in addition to hosting weekly live sessions with the group, jennevive provides consistent support to each individual in the program and shares her unique perspectives on: self-awareness, finding balance, moving through hardships, facing fears, goal-setting, manifesting, spirituality, moon phases + more.

1. “i’ve never done breathwork before—will i be able to follow along?"
yes. this program is designed specifically for beginners with clear, guided audios and support.
2. “what if I don’t have time?"
each day’s audio is between 5-20 minutes, and you can listen / complete any time that works for you.
3. “when are the live sessions?"
please check the calendar for a complete list of our upcoming events. program participants will receive FREE access to any sessions that take place during the 30-days. live sessions are an hour long and intended to be more of a "deep dive" where you will reach a deeply relaxed state. live sessions will be recorded, so if you miss one, you can participate at a later time. all participants are encouraged to attend these sessions in order to get as much as possible out of the program and develop an all-encompassing awareness of breathwork + the subconscious mind.
4. “how does this actually work?"
once you enroll, you’ll get instant access to the private portal where daily breathwork audios, live session links, and journaling prompts are all organized for you. you can also enroll in an auto-text program, where you’ll get a daily text reminder + a note from your instructor.
