about the event
dance + move + breathe + listen CRYSTAL EYES is a 90 minute experience that combines easy movements + fun, rhythmic music and breathing to take you on an uplifting, feel-good journey. sessions are structured around 7 songs (called "numbers"), each with their own energy and (simple) steps.
together, we take the time to learn the steps & movements slowly, practice them, and then perform each number with music.
*** TEEN EDITION *** themes will include: inner strength, feeling confident, being in our "comfort zone," feeling supported, friendship, self love, self expression and body language (speaking without words, how we carry ourselves, our "energy")
what to expect: the intensity of these sessions can vary from brisk walk pace to a light jog. (you will likely get sweaty!) all movements can be modified to participants' range of motion and ability. (please contact us to discuss any questions or concerns)
